MOH Technology are proud to announce the release of the latest upgrade to the MOH Messaging on Hold System.
New Features include:

• Simple mixing functionality

  By marking Groups and Locations as using 'Mix', the system will automatically combine the scheduled Location file with the Location's owning scheduled Group file. Any time one of these files changes, a new mix is produced

• Multiple alerting email addresses for notification of problem locations.

• Use of Group/Location prefixes to declutter screens

  Using a consistent prefix to identify a Group, Locations in the Group and files that are relevant to them enables the system to just show the relevant information when creating schedules

• Send full filenames to devices

  For use with Standalone devices with no network connection to the MOH device, makes things easier for staff. Requires Client firmware V00.34.2K, 08.06.2011 or later.

• Mass upload of files to the server

  The user can build a list of files to upload, start the transfer and get on with something else...

• Ability to select and change user CMS password

• Automatic timeout from CMS session when unused (default 15 minutes)

• Support for proxy servers at client locations
