MOH: Messaging / Music on Hold
Now you know where our name came from!
We provide a complete solution to the On Hold Messaging industry that can supply on hold messaging / audio into PBX equipment, controlled via a simple to use Content Management System (CMS), The CMS enables the operator to upload new content files, allocate them to a customer's locations and schedule them for activation.
Our MOH system is intended for MOH service providers, typically firms that provide a complete service to their clients, helping them to script, record and distribute their on hold messaging/music content.
We have also listened to Industry experts and designed our business model accordingly. Many service providers do not want to be bound to a monthly fee contract. At the same time, there are users whose expertise is not in the IT field.
- For total independence, purchase our CMS software and run it on your own server; this way you have a solution that gives you total control over your business.
- If setting up and operating IT infrastructure is not for you, use our hosted service for complete peace of mind.
MOH Technology aim to continue to deliver what customers need. As part of our commitment, we have joined the industry body OHMA:
Through our OHMA membership we have access to many industry leaders and can learn from the experts just what is important to them ... and develop it, naturally!
MOH Technology have significant credentials in the On Hold Messaging field; our designers designed the best selling IP-based MOH device for an OEM customer. Now we have turned our attention to Barix products, to provide MOH functionality on Barix' cost effective devices.
Being MOH, of course, we have not simply replicated an existing system; our solution does all the usual functions, but with a couple of innovative twists:
-
it can provide on hold audio for SIP PBXs
-
Triggered Message player: when installed in a Barix audio device with GPIs (Annuncicom, Exstreamer 1000), the device can be used as a Triggered Message player: for example, In a store, a customer walking past a motion sensor can trigger playback of a message ("Hey, have you seen this week's special offers?"), or pressing a big red button can trigger the device to play a calm, pre-recorded Evacuation announcement.
