- A Central Management System (CMS)
- Web interfaces for both service providers and their customers
- The internet
- Hardware 'in location' at customer premises

The Process
The service provider creates new messaging content for their customer, they upload this content to the CMS

The content is scheduled for download to the customer location(s)

Customer units regularly check for updates and download the scheduled content

Once downloaded, the unit repeat plays the content on the audio outpput and/or onto the network for SIP phone systems
